Amateur company with bad customer service. They have repaired my aeration septic lines using inferior materials for repairs in the same 2 ft section of pipe. This will again become brittle and crack as the ground moves and ensuring them future business. When I asked if they would fix it with something like pex or something flexible and suitable for underground use to stop it from cracking they said "we don't do that here". It's unfortunate that customer service does not seem to be the goal here. They also do not install septic systems therefore there bread and butter is simply ensuring they have repairs to do. Two gentlemen showed up with a truck to repair my system and did not even have a 2 ft section of pipe on the truck. All he had was some shovels, garden hoe, pipe cutter and a couple 90° fittings and some pipe dope. Keep in mind that you're paying them hourly to be here and now he's leaving to go get things that he should have had on the truck while charging you the hourly rate because he came unprepared and now has to go pick up supplies. Honestly it's a total scam from the time they show up unprepared and then charge you hourly rates to go get supplies along with the amateur and temporary repair that is made so they have to come back out to fix it again shortly down the road. Shame on them!

My Mom and I have used Curtis Restoration & General Contracting for as long as it has been in operation for both of our properties. Eric completely remodeled my mother's house due to water damage during the deep freeze a couple of years ago. He was tireless in his quest to find the materials during a time when they were hard to find. He made sure everything was just as Mom wanted it. He also did the bathroom remodel for Mom after an accident left her disabled. I was very impressed with the care he took to ensure that she would be able to access her bathroom and closet with a walker and wheelchair. After damaging hail storms Eric did the siding and painting for both my house and Mom's. We both have older homes and Eric was so careful to make sure that the color was as close to the original as possible. I had several wood areas (deck, play equipment, and patio) that needed to be stained after repairs. Eric once again made sure all the stain matched and that it was done correctly. All of the work done and supervised by Curtis Restoration & General Contracting is well done, but it is the personal touch and care that makes them stand out. Mom was in rehab when a lot of the work was done. I was not confident in knowing what all needed to be done so Eric volunteered to met with the insurance adjustor with me to insure that all damage was assessed. Eric also made trips to the rehab facility to meet with Mom about her wants and needs. You will not find a more compassionate or thorough company to work with.

Our house had much damage from Texas weather. Our greenhouse was full of holes from the hail and wind now its beautiful and working again. They replaced my patio posts with beautiful cedar posts. We have beautiful new laminate wood flooring that we love. Painting of exterior and interior was done and looks amazing. Curtis Restoration did an amazing and professional job. Eric the owner helped with every stage of the job. From dealing with insurance adjusters to final touches of restoring our house to the way we loved it to be. I would truly recommend Curtis Restoration to everyone. Thank-you for the great job!!!

C&L Carpets in Sanger did a great job on my 30 plus year old carpet with lots of pets. He came out to help us same day, we paid exactly what he quoted, he did a great job with what he had to work with, he was quick, and it smells really good in here. And very friendly. I have used C & L Carpet Cleaning and Services several times now to clean my carpets. Every time I have called to schedule, I have gotten friendly and professional service. The first time Clay came out to clean my carpets, he took note of my concerns with some of the stains on my floor. He was honest and a pleasure to speak with. Clay does a GREAT job and the price is right. I will definitely be using them again and again. Not only for my carpet but for my tile and air ducts too. We discovered We had a septic emergency late Monday night. I reached out to the Sanger community page For help and someone recommended ResQ Plumbers. Kevin responded And he told me he would contact me early in the morning for a time that he could come by. His crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience less stressful. We've never had this kind of emergency before but I think it probably would have cost a whole lot more with another company. So he was very affordable and we were very thankful for his services.

I could not score higher due to the horrible excavation contractor he chose. I kept a detailed report on missed hours, days they did not show up and crappy work. RESQ did not start work on the date we agreed on, communication was one sided. Me! If I was not messaging daily he would have no idea the excavation company was not working. This job should have been finished in a week it lasted 2 weeks.

I hired this company to construct a shed for me. I am very happy with the finished product. They communicated with me several times in advance to make sure that they had all the necessary information to give an accurate estimate of construction costs. They underbid all the other contractors but I suspect that they were the most professional contractors that I could have gone with. Very happy with the finished product.

Dustin expertise was evident in his work today. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We had been without heat, except for electric heaters for several days. Dustin worked very hard to figure out what was wrong. I must say it was a few different things. He took care of it all. He did not want my family to be cold one more night. The dedication that he gave and the concern that he had for us showed, not only was he amazing at his craft, but also what a genuinely great person he is. You don’t find that kind of work ethic in many people these days. It was truly heartfelt. Thank you Dustin for keeping my family warm tonight. We all appreciate you so much!!

These guys are reliable and priced very fairly. This is the second project that they have helped me with. My water heater went out, so we decided to upgrade to a tank-less system and added a Culligan filter to prevent buildup in the coils. Everything went smooth like the first project they helped me with. They were on time and finished the project the same day. They are a good local father/son team for plumbing repair. Highly recommended.

Called them friday afternoon for an emergency, was told they would get back to us by the next morning, here it is monday and never heard back so we had to call another plumber to fix it! Obviously they dont want to work! BACON PLUMBING IS THE BEST!!

I wasn't really having late delivery issues. Think I had one or two missed deliveries I had to call about. I am giving this rating because they raised the prices and keep raising them. Their site has one price, then when I log into my account the cost rises by $4+/bottle. Wth? You should be giving loyal customers better prices, not worse. I'm cancelling. So disappointed, I've used this water since I was a kid, could have had a life long customer.

Major lack of communication! My order has been skipped on 3 different occasions without any notifications from the company nor my delivery guy. Planning to switch to another company or go back to bottled water! Do not recommend!

Absolutely terrible. Let me preface with the fact I live outside the Denton city limits and don't get city water, I have a nonpotable water well for laundry and showers. We were with Primo and Sparkletts bought out the contract. Never had an issue with Primo and we even got text alerts. Sparkletts made the first delivery, four bottles as ordered. The second delivery was half what I ordered with no explanation. The third order never showed with zero explanation. Called two days before the third order and was told they would be bringing out five bottles the next day because of the inconvenience and because we were out of water. Tuesday came and went, then Wednesday, then Thursday. I called late Thursday afternoon and got the same run around and was told that Tuesdays delivery was scheduled for Thursday... It's after 5pm. The customer service rep said she tried to call the route manager and couldn't get him so she wanted to send me a calendar of available dates for the delivery to be rescheduled. I told I wanted the route manager to put five bottles of water in the back seat of his car and be at my house first thing tomorrow. She "let him know". Really don't ever expect to ever see another sparkletts driver ever again.
